Looking up an address

Type part of the address. If nothing comes back, the property has no distress signal on file.

Updated Oct 22, 2026

Type part of the address (house number and street name are enough) into the search on AI Analyst or the property search. Matching is partial, so "1234 Elm" works.

What gets searched

We search properties that carry a signal: pre-foreclosures, auction postings, tax delinquency, code violations, evictions, probate, permits and cash purchases. Texas Signals is not a database of every parcel in Texas. No result usually means the property has no distress signal on file, which is useful to know too.

Paste the street address, not the link. We match on the address, so copy it from the listing.

The property report

Each result opens a report with the sale date, filings on record, nearby activity and, for members, the owner and mailing address, plus comps and deal math.

Quick answers

Why can't I find an address?

We only search properties that carry a distress signal. No result usually means nothing is on file for that address. Try the house number and street name only.

Can I paste a Zillow link?

Paste the street address instead of the link; we match on the address.
