Good questions to start with
- "Top 10 properties to call first in Bexar County"
- "Which properties in Travis County have a sale in the next 30 days?"
- "Absentee owners behind on taxes in Collin County"
- "Compare Harris and Dallas for pre-foreclosures this month"
- Paste an address to get everything on record for it.
Comparing markets
Ask it to compare counties by posted sales, pre-foreclosures or tax delinquency. It counts what is on record; it does not predict prices.
What it can't do
- Data we do not carry (phone numbers, MLS listings, interior condition).
- Counties we do not cover yet. It tells you when a county or signal is not loaded rather than guessing.
- Legal or financial advice.
