Finding cash buyers
The Buyers tab lists people and LLCs who bought with cash twice or more, plus new real-estate LLCs.

Use it to
- Find end buyers for a wholesale deal in a ZIP or county.
- See which investors are active near a property you are looking at.
- Reach new LLCs that are just starting to buy.
How it is built
Cash purchases are read from recorded deeds with no mortgage recorded at the same time. A buyer who bought twice or more is listed. Purchases can take a few weeks to be recorded, so very recent buys may not show yet.
Like owners, buyers come with a mailing address, not a phone number.
