It is one account and one subscription. Download the app, sign in with the email you already use on texassignals.com, and your access carries straight over — no second charge, no second trial, nothing to transfer. The in-app purchase is only for people arriving on iPhone who have never subscribed before. It works the other way too: subscribe in the app and you can sign in on the web with the same account.

The 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers only. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at $29.00 per month or $299.00 per year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase; cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by storefront.
Questions people actually ask
I pay $29 on the website. Will the app charge me again?
No. Sign in with the same email and the app recognises your subscription and unlocks — there is no second charge and no second trial. If the app ever shows you a paywall while your web subscription is active, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. texassignals.com works in any mobile browser in the meantime, and it is the same account either way.
Which counties does it cover?
190+ Texas counties carry distress records today, including every major metro — Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Bexar, Travis, Collin and Denton. Coverage is county by county, not blanket, and the coverage page lists exactly which ones we hold.
How do I cancel?
If you subscribed in the app, cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your account page on texassignals.com. Whichever way you started is the way you stop.
