Contacting owners (skip tracing and mail)
We give you the owner and mailing address. Add phones and emails with a skip-trace service, or mail them.
What we provide
Members see the owner name and mailing address for each property, straight from public records. When the mailing address is somewhere else, the owner is likely absentee.
Phones and emails
Public county records do not include phone numbers or emails, so we do not either. To add them:
- Export your list to CSV.
- Upload the CSV to a skip-trace service of your choice.
- Call or text in line with the Do Not Call list and TCPA rules.
Mail works
A short, personal letter to the mailing address is often the best first touch, especially for probate and pre-foreclosure owners. Mention the property, keep it kind, and give them a simple way to reach you.
