Which counties do you cover?
We carry 216 of Texas's 254 counties. Depth varies by signal: here is how to check yours.
Texas Signals covers 216 of Texas's 254 counties. Coverage is not the same for every signal: a small county may have its foreclosure sale postings loaded but not yet its tax roll or code violations.
Check a county
- Open Counties for the full list and what each one carries.
- Or type the county into the County box on Lists. If a signal is not loaded there, the list says so.
- Each county also has a public page, for example Bexar County foreclosures.
What is covered everywhere we cover
Foreclosure sale (trustee sale) postings are the most complete layer. The large metro counties (Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Bexar, Travis, Collin, Denton and others) also carry pre-foreclosure, tax-delinquent and, where the city publishes them, code-violation records.
My county is not covered
Every search for a county we do not carry is logged. A daily job reviews those requests, looks for a readable public source, and adds the county when it finds one. You can also tell us which county you need, which moves it up the list.
