Exporting your list to CSV (and export passes)
Members export any filtered list from the Lists page. Not a member? A $5 county pass or $19 all-counties pass works for 24 hours.
Members
On Lists, set your filters, then tap Export CSV. The file contains every row that matches, with the owner, mailing address, signals, sale date, amount owed and value. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets or any skip-trace tool.
Very large exports stop at 25,000 rows; if you hit the cap the page tells you how many were included. Narrow by ZIP or signal to get the rest.
Not a member: export passes
You can buy a one-off export without subscribing:
- $5: one county, unlimited downloads for 24 hours.
- $19: every county we cover, for 24 hours (export one county at a time).
Tap Export CSV · from $5 on the Lists page, pay, and the download starts. For the next 24 hours the button changes to Download CSV again.
What is not in the file
Phone numbers and emails are not in public county records, so they are not in the export. Run the CSV through a skip-trace service to add them. See Contacting owners.
