Using filters: signals, ZIP, sale window, value and sort

Every filter on the Lists page and what it does, plus the filters we do not have yet.

Updated Oct 22, 2026

All filters live on the Lists page. Whatever you filter is exactly what Export CSV downloads.

The filters

  • County: one county per list.
  • Signals: pre-foreclosure, auction posted, tax delinquent, code violation, eviction, probate. Pick one or several.
  • Presets ("Start from"): Stacked signals (2+), Absentee + tax delinquent, Sale within 30 days, Pre-foreclosures, Tax delinquent, Code + another signal, Investor loans maturing.
  • Must have: chips that require a signal (for example Auction posted or Absentee owner). The number on each chip is how many the county has.
  • ZIP: a 5-digit ZIP code.
  • Sale within: 30, 60 or 90 days, for properties posted for a trustee sale.
  • Min value / Max value: the county's assessed value. Leave empty to include properties with no value on file.
  • Sort: score, sale date, amount owed, value, or newest.

Filters we do not have yet

There is no beds/baths, property-type or listing-price filter today. Assessed value is the closest stand-in for price. We track how often these are asked for.

Tip: bookmark a filtered list. The filters live in the page address, so a bookmark reopens the exact same list.

Quick answers

Can I filter by ZIP code?

Yes. Type a 5-digit ZIP on the Lists page. You can also set a ZIP alert from a property's report.

Can I filter by beds, baths or property type?

Not yet. Assessed value (min/max) is the closest filter today.
