Alerts: new filings and sale-day reminders by email
Watch a county to get an email when it posts new addresses, plus a reminder before each sale day.
Set up county alerts
- Go to Account, Watched counties and alerts.
- Type a county (for example "Bexar") and tap Watch county.
- Turn on Email me when a watched county posts new addresses.
- Choose how many days before a sale day you want a reminder: 1, 3, 7 or 14.
You can also tap Alert me on new filings at the top of any county list.
When alerts arrive
Alert emails go out in the morning, Central time. We never send between 9 PM and 7 AM. The Account page shows when your last alert was sent.
ZIP alerts
On a property's report you can set an alert for its ZIP code. New activity in that ZIP is included in your morning email.
Not getting alerts?
- Make sure the county is in your watched list and the email toggle is on.
- If the county does not carry foreclosure postings yet, the Account page says the alert would stay silent.
- Check spam or promotions for mail from texassignals.com, and mark it "not spam".
On the iPhone app you can also turn on push notifications per signal.
