How to cancel your trial or plan
One click on the Account page. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged; you get a confirmation email.
Cancel on the web
- Sign in and open Account, Plan and billing.
- Tap Cancel trial (or Cancel plan).
- Confirm. You will see "Cancelled. You won't be charged again." and get a confirmation email.
During the trial you are never charged. After the trial, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Bought on iPhone?
Apple manages App Store subscriptions: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Texas Signals, Cancel Subscription.
Can't sign in?
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you still cannot get in, contact us from the email on your account and we will cancel it for you.
Delete your account
At the bottom of Account you can delete your account and data. To be safe, cancel your plan first and wait for the confirmation email.
